This notice describes what the current public Hich Web static website actually does. It avoids claiming legal roles, retention schedules, certifications or technical practices that have not been established by the site evidence.

Short version
Theme and non-personal planning choices can be stored in your browser. Contact fields are not intentionally persisted by the site's scripts: submitting prepares a draft in your email application, while copying places the enquiry on your clipboard. External services and the hosting provider have their own technical behavior.

This table describes the shared public interface as reviewed for this update. Browser features can be unavailable or behave differently under privacy settings, and provider infrastructure is outside the static page code.

02 / Browser storage
localStorage and sessionStorage let the interface remember small values on the device and browser profile being used. Saving a value there does not, by itself, send it to Hich Web.
The site stores hich-theme after an explicit light or dark theme choice.
The homepage planner can store project type, selected priorities, timeline and budget-range choices with a timestamp.
New service-page builders can store selected modules under a key associated with that service.
A separate non-personal scope handoff can carry service and module choices to the contact page.
The consultation notice stores hich-consultation-offer-seen-v1 with the value 1 in session storage when it appears.
Use the clear button in a builder where available, or clear local site data in the browser settings.
This description is limited to the storage calls visible in the current shared site scripts.
03 / Contact & enquiries
The contact form is a mail-composition aid. It does not display a fake server success response, and the current shared scripts do not intentionally put personal contact fields into local storage.
Your name, email, company and message exist in the page while you complete the form. Avoid entering passwords, payment data, private keys or unnecessary sensitive information.
After native validation, the script assembles the visible form values into a mailto: link and asks the browser to open the configured email application.
The draft can be reviewed, changed, sent or cancelled. The device, browser and email provider determine how the mail link and draft are handled.
Where offered, copying an enquiry asks the browser to place the formatted text on the clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere.
If you send the message, it passes through the email services involved and reaches Hich Web as ordinary correspondence. This notice does not invent a fixed retention period for that correspondence.
04 / External providers
Hich Web does not control the privacy practices of external providers. Opening their resources or destinations can create a direct connection between your browser and that provider.
Google Fonts
The pages request Hanken Grotesk, JetBrains Mono and Oswald through fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Those requests can carry the technical details normally included in a web request. Google's handling of its infrastructure is governed by Google, not by this static notice.
WhatsApp links open a Meta-owned service. WhatsApp determines what happens on its site or application under its own terms and privacy information.
LinkedIn links open LinkedIn's website or application. LinkedIn controls its own account, device and interaction processing.
A mailto: action depends on your browser, operating system, email application and email provider. Hich Web does not control how those tools prepare or transmit the message.
Where a page links to another external project, profile or provider, that destination has its own behavior. Review it before supplying information there.
05 / Hosting & delivery
The hosting provider receives requests so it can deliver HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and other assets. Infrastructure behavior exists outside the visible page scripts.
A page request normally includes connection and request details needed to return the resource.
The hosting provider controls how its platform creates and retains infrastructure, security or access logs.
Hich Web may be able to see information the provider exposes through the hosting account, but this notice does not claim exact fields.
No precise hosting-log retention period is stated because it is not established by the current static site code.
Current shared scripts
The shared scripts reviewed for this public interface do not intentionally initialize an analytics platform or create a cookie. This statement is limited to those current scripts; it is not a promise about external providers, hosting infrastructure or future versions of the site.
06 / Choices & requests
This section avoids assuming a particular law or location. If you have a question or request about information you deliberately sent to Hich Web, contact the published email address with enough context to locate the correspondence.
Use builder clear controls or browser settings to remove site local storage.
You can cancel an email draft, avoid copying it, or use another direct communication route.
You do not need to open WhatsApp, LinkedIn or another external destination to read this policy.
Email Hich Web to ask about correspondence or information you knowingly supplied.
If information in your correspondence is inaccurate, identify the message and the correction requested.
You can ask whether deliberately supplied information can be deleted in the applicable circumstances.
07 / Client project websites
A client project can use accounts, databases, payments, analytics, maps, advertising, forms, APIs or other services that this static marketing site does not use. Its data roles, notices and controls must be assessed for that project.
Scope of this notice
This page covers the current public pages on hichweb.com that use the shared static-site interface. It does not automatically govern a client's website, application, ERP system, e-commerce store or third-party account.
A client product may collect information for transactions, accounts, operations or support that this site does not collect.
Payments, hosting, analytics, communications and integrations can introduce their own data routes and requirements.
The organization operating that project must establish accurate notices, choices and records for its real implementation and applicable context.
08 / Updates
The visible updated date is . If Hich Web later adds a server form, analytics, account system, new storage, embedded media or other material data route, this page should be reviewed against the deployed behavior.
No server-side form endpoint is claimed. The shared contact script prepares a draft for your email application, and the copy option can place formatted text on your clipboard.
The current shared scripts do not intentionally persist personal contact fields. Local storage is used for theme and non-personal project or service choices.
The new builder script treats saved scope data older than seven days as expired when it is next read and attempts to remove it. You can clear it earlier through the builder or browser settings.
